With its traditional Mexican-inspired dishes and innovative specialty burritos, BTB Burrito has been delighting customers for 20 years in Ann Arbor. Moving to Good Time Charley’s in 2020, the eatery boasts its own dedicated space with outdoor seating, while continuing to whip up classic dishes such as its popular chicken burrito that has sustained a strong fanbase since its establishment.

BTB Burrito has proudly served delicious burritos in Ann Arbor for almost two decades. Established by University of Michigan students Adam Lowenstein and Justin Herrick in 2004, the eatery moved to Good Time Charley’s in 2020 and is now thriving with its dedicated area and outdoor seating for customers. The move to Good Time Charley’s has allowed BTB Burrito to expand its menu and offer a wider variety of options to its loyal customers. With the addition of outdoor seating, patrons can now enjoy their favorite burritos while taking in the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Ann Arbor.

Despite the location change, BTB’s menu has stayed the same, with its popular chicken burrito still being the number one seller. Lowenstein said customers have continued to show their support for BTB, and that recognition is a testament to the strength of the brand.

Along with the fire and ice burritos, which can be made with steak or chicken, and are served with Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, Monterey Jack cheese and double hot sauce, and double sour cream, BTB also offers a San Diego Burrito that includes grilled steak, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, Monterey Jack cheese, and waffle fries. In addition to its traditional Mexican cuisine, BTB also serves a variety of other dishes such as burrito bowls, chimichangas, nachos, salads, quesadillas, and even soft-serve ice cream. Customers can enjoy these treats from 3 pm to 11 pm during the week.

BTB Burrito has left an indelible mark on Ann Arbor, with owner Lowenstein feeling proud to have chosen the city for his business. From day one, the establishment has received strong support from the local community, who appreciate its independent spirit and delicious Mexican-style cuisine. Customers can sample the iconic fire and ice burritos, made with steak or chicken, Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, Monterey Jack cheese, double hot sauce, and double sour cream. The menu also includes San Diego burritos, burrito bowls, chimichangas, nachos, salads, quesadillas, and soft-serve ice cream.
